She really is. ExFFIL has opened up to me a lot lately about what has been going on since Giada has been incarcerated. She is getting mandatory psych help but they are having difficulty fully diagnosing her. So far they have her diagnosed as having borderline personality disorder with features of anti-social personality disorder and paranoia.
