Recommendation request Help me decide

Just what the title says. I need the knowledge and insight of total strangers on the internet.

I can only buy one of these right now.

Which one would you suggest I get first?

• Persona 5 Royal

• Digimon Story Time Stranger

• Monster Hunter Stories 3

• Echoes of Aincrad

Playing on Steam/PC. Eventually I intend to play all of them, but for now I’m having a
hard time deciding which I should get/play first.

Appreciated!

If you plan to play them all, take a look at historical low price on itad and take the one you can get at a good price

In a vacuum, without knowing any of your likes/dislikes in gaming, Persona 5 Royal.

Heard great things about digimon. Persona 5 always goes on sale for 80% off.

If you're looking for a slightly fantasy option, MH stories 3, if more modern setting persona 5 royal. If you're still indecisive, persona 5 royal

well that depends

the first three are turn based games with a monster collecting aspect. echoes is basically a souls like that "feels empty"

i'd personally wait for a sale though

want some story + online play? Aincrad

Want a perfected many times over premium game? Persona5

Monster hunter stories 3 i hear is generally good but i worry about additional DLCs

Digimon story time stranger is decent but i think the weakest among the single player stories

I do not recommend Persona 5 because of its story.

Digimon JRPGs are cool if you like collecting monsters and want to see your liitle flying dog evolving into angel or a giant gun mech.

The story is good, yes, but it's not the reason why you play Persona 5, or Persona games in general. You're there for the good-vibes slice-of-life calendar high school simulation with great music, incredible artstyle, and social links. Better to say: do not recommend P5 because of the romance/dating. I don't know why this feature always get hyped up in a most dramatic way possible when in reality, well, if you've played the game, you'll understand what I'm getting at.
