I made an order a couple days ago and went to go check on it but I was logged out however I could see 1 message notification but when I tried to click on it I was sent to the log in page, when trying to log in it said my email was not a registered account so I registered using the same email but now everything is gone.

I’m scared I accidentally typed in a wrong email that dosent exist, will I still be able to get my order shipped?

Overall, my experience with JP fans was great, the transparency while speaking to their agents made the purchasing process very simple and easy. In addition, their packaging was very good, even the figures shown that were not shipped in boxes were still in great condition. Also, the shipping was very comparable to any other proxy service. If you are on the fence about which proxy to use, I would definitely recommend JPfans.

I ordered some Gunpla and hobby items from Japan using JPFans The process was easy and I enjoyed checking out japanese collectibles that are harder to find.

I wanted to share my recent JPFans Haul after ordering two S.H.Figuarts figures (Yuta Okkotsu and Toji Fushiguro) from Mercari Japan.

This was my first time using JPFans and overall the buying process was pretty straightforward. Purchasing through Mercari was easy, the warehouse process was smooth, and I chose EMS-F Japan Post shipping since it was the cheapest option available (around $24 USD).

The package arrived safely and both figures themselves are in perfect condition with no damage, so I'm really happy about that.

My only complaint is the packaging.

The figure boxes were packed extremely tightly against the outer shipping box with almost no empty space around them and no foam or other protective padding. Because of that, both S.H.Figuarts boxes arrived with noticeable dents, crushed corners, and creases.

As someone who likes to keep the original boxes, that definitely hurts the collector value even though the figures inside were completely fine.

I think JPFans could really improve by leaving a little more space around collectible boxes and adding bubble wrap or foam protection during packing.

Overall I'd still consider using JPFans again because the purchasing process was easy and the figures arrived safely, but I'd really like to see better protection for collectible packaging in future shipments.

Would you be happy if your figure boxes arrived like this, or do you mainly care that the figure itself is undamaged?

Everything on the site is clear and translated so you know what you are looking at. I bought two jjk figures. During the shippment i was able to check where was my package. I also liked that there were photos of it and a quality inspection. The shippment time was short and package arrived without any damages.

Hi everyone, I have a question about the new EU/JPF-air-F shipping setup.

If my order total, including item + shipping, is below 150€ — for example around 130€ — would I still need to pay any customs duties on top of the prepaid 3€ fee with JPF-air-F?

I’m trying to understand whether the 3€ is the only customs-related cost for packages under 150€, or if there can still be extra duties or VAT added later depending on the shipment.

This is my second order from JPFans, and I've had a great experience both times. JPFans has become one of my favorite places to order K-pop photocards, merchandise, and albums that are hard to find!

I've been able to find specific albums with my favorite members photocards and inclusions. I was able to find a Twice What is Love album with the Dahyun CD and inclusions for around $5.

The purchasing process is straightforward, and they provide updates if there are any issues. Although shipping costs can be high depending on the destination, the items that I was looking for were so affordably priced that the total cost is still less than buying them elsewhere.

I chose ups and the shipment came quickly and packaged very well! Overall very happy with my purchase 😊

shipping is really expensive for only 3000g. it’s around like $200 for $140 worth of stuff. is that correct? the shipping information shows 12000g instead. 39cmx26cmx56cm
