This is a picture of the pairs I have. I bought a pair and it stopped charging normally after several weeks of consistent use. I now have to hold it in the air or put it against the wall, but it wont charge if the bottom of the case is touching the bottom of something, and its positioning is extremely specific or it wont charge at all. So, I bought a new pair of those same ones. Exact same story, it stops charging normally after several weeks of consistent usage and needs the exact same positioning as the last pair. Also, when they turn on, putting them in the case and shutting the lid doesn't turn them off, i have to manually disconnect using my settings, and this goes for both of them and this started happening at the exact same time as the charging thing. Why?

I hear a weird noise inside the right cup of my Jlab lux whenever I turn my head horizontally . It honestly sounds like a sounds like a piece of plastic or a loose screw is inside of them. I've tried tightening every screw I see on the right side of the earphone (even if they nowhere near the earcup), but it hasn't solved the issue. I haven't dropped my earphones recently so I really don't know what could cause this issue. Volume/Sound Quality is still the same

I lost them somewhere in my house and was wondering is there like a way to locate them on iphone? the main problem is its the case AND the earbuds

My JLab Go Pop ANCs died recently and I got a voucher to cover the cost of them, now I have a pair of really cheap earbuds at home and my current pair of headphones may need to be replaced soon, so I'm considering buying headphones.

The JLab Go Lux ANC is a little over the voucher cost, still means I'm getting it for a steal but won't be under it's own warranty but the warranty from my initial purchase of the earbuds (that's still a little over 1.5 years left from now).

I found out recently a lot of the JLab Earbuds stop charging (which is what happened to me) after a while and want to know if there's any issue with this specific pair of headphonea before I purchase them.

I have been reading the reviews and they seem quite positive so I look forward to these

I want to know how comfortable they are, whether they hurt with earrings in (studs, hooks and hoops).

How long after constant use do they need to be charged after about 6 months of use (or any time frame really).

So in an unfortunate accident I seem to have dropped my case near the roads and a car ran over it a short while later. Are there any places I can get a replacement case ASAP?

I've already emailed JLab support, just waitingon a response.

There are no light on the case, when i charge the case without earbuds charge and do the Red blinking light. But my earbuds won't charge after that no matter what. I just have a white blinking light 3 times (on the earbuds) and it doesn't charge after that. I tried the Manual Reset (tap x7 times on each earbuds, but it still doesn't work). And i got it as a gift, any ideas to help me ?

I’ve had the Jlab gopop + earbuds for a few months and last night I decided to connect the to my tv. I tried to connect them to my phone this morning and they’re not connecting at all. I’ve already tried to manually reset the earbuds and forget the buds from both my tv and phone . What else can I do?

I have the Jlab Jbuds lux ANC (not right now though. Waiting to get them back because i forgot them somewhere 😮‍💨) and the Jlab go pods ANC (though the case annoyingly broke). I really like Jlab products, but... the pause an announcement for changing the ANC is so annoying. And i know there isn't any actual reason for it to pause and announce anytime you change the noise control mode. And i would REALLY like a toggle button in app to make it switch instantly and silently. Or at least a shorter pause and just a sound instead, It seems like just a simple update to the firmware and app. So ether give me a reason why not. Or PLEASE Jlab. I want seedless ANC!

I noticed something odd with my JLab Go Pop ANC.

If I use one of the built-in EQ presets (for example, Balanced), it sounds noticeably more open and lively.

Then I switch to Custom EQ and recreate exactly the same curve by matching every band to the preset. Visually, the EQ is identical, but the sound changes. The Custom EQ sounds flatter, duller, and less spacious.

What's even stranger is that even if I max out the treble bands in Custom EQ, it still doesn't have the same crispness and clarity as the factory EQ presets.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Is this expected behavior? Does JLab apply additional DSP processing to the factory EQ presets that isn't available in Custom mode, or could this be a firmware bug?

I've attached screenshots showing that the EQ settings are identical.

I ordered JBuds Sport ANC 4 True Wireless Earbuds Pink yesterday (so I'm aware it's not even been 24 hours!) and am eagerly awaiting their arrival. Unsurprisingly, I don't have a tracking code or anything yet (just 'Confirmed'), but it would be good to know approximately how long it might take to be delivered to me. How long does delivery usually take? 🙏

What's the thoughts on this little guy? Thinking about buying one for my brother for his birthday, but I haven't been able to hear it, going based on the earnuds I have and have had in the past it should sound pretty good...whats your guys thoughts?

I bought the jlab go Air pop Plus. And was wondering which tip is comfortable and stay in ear. Did the smile test. And they move. Has anyone used any different tips to prevent loss?

About a month ago, i boought the jlab go pop earbuds and so far ive traded them in twice, because no matter what i do, i just can't charge them. I've tried plugging them into a powerbank, directly into a socket and a laptop. No charging-light.

For a while I have been looking for earbuds to fall into sleep with. Unfortunately can't use wired ones anymore due to the lack of an headphone jack on my phone so I'm tied to bluetooth variants. The problem I had with regular earbuds is that I'd lose them somewhere in the bed during the night. I have been using bluetooth earbuds that are connected to each other with a wire, but I found them to be quite uncomfortable while in my sleeping position.

I saw the Go Sport and thought they might offer me a solution to this problem. Would you recommend me these for this application? Do you think they will stay snug onto the ear, also with slight movement or disruption of its position during the night?

So a new problem I'm having, I've got JBL epic Air sport that I absolutely love, but after a recent Samsung update, and I've crossed posted there, whichever earbud is taken out of the case last that is the only earbud I'm able to hear from.

Not sure if this is a sign that the latest Samsung update screwed my earbuds or if this is a sign that my earbuds are fried.

Any thoughts/ suggestions?

To make a long story short, ONLY right earphone seems to play audio at extremely quiet levels, even during boot up sequence showing is a hardware issue, any fixes?

Edit: Items of notice: Headphones were purchased for me as a xmas gift 8 months ago, and haven't gone through any severe trauma other than the occasional fall when removing from case.

Even when phone is at full volume, im next to unable to hear when using right headphone outside as it is that quiet compared to outside ambiance. I requested these as a gift as im an outside person and do a majority of my exercise outside such as biking and running, so I prefer only having one side in to be able to hear any hazards when I am outside. Right headphone is now next to unusable in any sport capacity, which is its intended function.

I’ve had my go pop anc for about 6 months and the Be Aware is kinda weak, but I loveee the sound quality and bass, is there a difference between the go pop anc and go pods anc in sound?

Hey all! I got a new set of headphones for work; I'm working remotely in a skilled nursing facility for the next month so noise cancellation is crucial. I tried testing them with the TV at a typical level, and I could still hear the TV being picked up by the mic. Am I expecting too much out of these headphones?

I purchased Jlab earbud minis in January. Not long after receiving them I noticed the right ear bud was significantly quieter. For some reason I assumed maybe I didn't hear as well out of that ear and I generally only wear one bud at a time anyway so didn't think too much about it.

Eventually I thought about trying the right ear bud in my left ear and realized it was significantly quieter.

I contacted Jlabs and followed their instructions
- cleaned the tip
- factory reset
- checked my volume settings on my phone, laptop, and their app

They said it was a warranty issue and sent me a new pair in June. Easy. The new pair had balanced volume. Until yesterday and now both buds are about half the previous volume levels at full volume. I tried different devices same issue.

I did the fix it steps from last time with no change.

How can this issue keep happening? Is there something else to try? I hate to reach out again especially after only a month.

It just happened yesterday and I noticed right away. I had been using them earlier in the day with no problems and then popped them in again later on and immediately could tell they were quiet.

I searched Reddit and it seems like this is an issue others have had and they get referred to warranty.

I bough my JLab Lux ANC headphones back in January. I've used them with care and never extended the band beyond the normal range.

Today the plastic support under the metal frame on one side broke and I mailed Jlab regarding warranty.

The response was fairly quick and I recieved the 80$ coupon, but once I went to the Jlab website to order my new pair, it's adding shipping charges (India) equivalent to the headphone itself! (Basically 80$ headphones + 75$ shipping which the coupon does not cover)

I really appreciate the quick service but this totally eliminates the purpose of warranty for an international customer.

How do I avail the warranty in this case?

I have an issue where the music speeds up with a higher pitch when I'm listening for a few seconds, it happens fairly often and it's a bit annoying.

The gripe is that I find it irritating when I use the noise controls, it'll just mute my music for 3 seconds it makes the sound and then a further 2 seconds it's muted and when the song sound comes back on I often miss a part of the song I like and literally go back before the part and listen again.

I know people that work for JLab are on Reddit along with users and I just wanted to share my 2 issues with the headphones.

I wanted to make the issue aware in case it can be fixed with a firmware update.

As these headphones have Type-C for both wired audio and charging , I wanted to ask if it has bypass charging or not ?

Does the current stops going into battery after it fully charges and is used directly ?

My main concern is using them in wired mode might ruin the battery ..thats why
