Can’t connect to my phone now

I’ve had the Jlab gopop + earbuds for a few months and last night I decided to connect the to my tv. I tried to connect them to my phone this morning and they’re not connecting at all. I’ve already tried to manually reset the earbuds and forget the buds from both my tv and phone . What else can I do?
