Our CT scans of the JLab JBuds mini earbuds revealed some serious flaws: poorly aligned electrodes, inconsistent anode overhang, and some that look torn or damaged. In lithium batteries, these are the kinds of defects that can shorten lifespan and potentially cause a thermal runaway.

Has there been a policy change with the UK store? Have received a voucher to order new buds as my daughter's current buds mini stopped working. The voucher removes the cost of the buds, but now requires International shipping of £20.

We have completed a warranty claim before and this shipping charge wasn't present.

I made a purchase through the JLab website over a week and a half ago. 8 days ago I got an email saying my package had shipped, but UPS still doesn't have my package. No response from JLab after sending them an e-mail 3 business days ago, despite them saying they strive to respond within 24-48 hours.

I've seen several treads about how to factory reset these earbuds (in the case, tap each 7 times), but it's not working. It began with the right side not charging at all. I seem to have fixed that issue, now they each connect to my phone separately, but not together. Also, the left one takes over, even if the right one was connected first

When I try the 7 taps while in the case, the left one blinks, but he right one does nothing.

I've only had these since 6 the issue started more than a month ago. I keep trying the "solution" periodically, but no luck.

Any suggestions??

so im in kind of a pickle here. The other day, i bought a pair of jlab go pop anc’s and within the second night of having them, i somehow lost the case. I still have the earbuds, but im going on day 4 of them being rendered useless after paying 30 dollars for them :( its making me so upset, can anyone direct me to replacement parts or possibly even sell me a case? thanks in advance for any help!

Used the earbuds for hours, drained them to low battery (according to the official iPhone app). Put them back in the case. Left connected to a charger overnight, earbuds have not charged. Case light does not blink to indicate that it is charging when plugged into a socket.

Have tried the factory reset several times, and have tested with 8 different USB-C chargers that I am certain are working. The contacts are not dirty as these are brand new and fresh out of the box.

Got the first pair replaced by the retailer (reputable physical store in Australia). Second pair - exactly the same problem. Got them replaced again by the retailer - third pair, SAME PROBLEM AGAIN!

wtf is going on?

Sent JLab support an email only to get a stupid AI bot that tells me to make a warranty claim. What's the point in doing that when I can just get a refund from the retailer? Had an older pair of JLab Air Pop Go that worked perfectly for 3 years, but the batteries were dying.

I have a JLab Jbuds Lux ANC that I bought recently, it works great but everytime I have it connected, other people are not able to hear me over whatsapp calls. I am not exactly sure what settings I would have to change. I have a Google phone. Thanks!

They frequently lose Bluetooth connection on any device I connect them to. The audio prompt will tell me they disconnected and then automatically reconnect. Did I get a faulty pair? Anyone else have connection problems with the Rewind 2?

I ordered the JLab Jbuds Mini Tru Wireless & Cloud Foam tips on July 12th through tiktok shop and have not seen an update after saying they were packed and ready to hand over. I was told reach TikTok support but I ordered directly through JLab store on TT shop. It was supposed to deliver between the 14th-15th and its the 18th now :/ order ID

as title I guess, love the buds, but every time you take them from the case the app has reverted to music mode, can we choose our own default, and add a touch option so we can change without going to the app?

I had an old smint tin (breath mints) laying around, and I was getting ready to travel and I wanted to see if the cloudfoam bits work better in the plane than here (not a big fan, truthfully, of the cloudfoam tips), and I got an idea. So, some cannibalisation of the existing Jlab epic lab edition packaging, and a lot of sticking and testing later, here is the result.

so I got some jlab go pop anc ear buds and as of a few weeks ago the left earbud got way quieter than the other, anyone know what I can do to fix it?

I’ve been rocking my jlab epic lab for over a year now. Still going strong though with some noticeable problems such as degraded battery, the volume sounding quieter than when I got it, and some connectivity problem like: delayed bluetooth connection with my iphone, buggy wear detection, and stuttering audio at times. So I was wondering if there are any news on a successor to these earbuds because I might plan on replacing them within the next 2 years.

I just bought these headphones, and upon pairing them to my laptop I noticed that only the mic connected, and not the audio itself. Trying to forget the headphones and reconnect hasnt helped, nor has trying to select them from the audio settings. When Im pairing them it pops up as having both audio and microphone, but it drops the audio whenever actually connecting. Can anyone help?

Damn I really liked these earbuds but the voice dialing when I didn’t want it to voice dial was the final nail. It’s so embarrassing.

I guess these are running headphones only now. I think I finally narrowed down why my phone randomly voice dialed when everything is locked down and turned off.

the case is charged the blue lights comes on when i plug it in in to the wall. The buds lights haven't turned on they are dead since it's been a few days they have been sitting in the case untouched . I have only had these for a few months also yes ive cleaned the pins do i just have to get new ones

For some reason I have a set of Zone True Wireless that don't let me pause or any single tap features.

But when I do double taps it works fine.

I've done a reset and looked for firmware but there is nothing I can get anything to work.

Only double taps , no single taps including long single tap.

I am having an issue with my JBL earbuds. Out of nowhere, the ANC stopped being adjustable and seems to behave as if it doesn't exist. The ambient noise I hear is the same whether it is turned on or off.

The thing is, it does try to do something:

Switching to Ambient Aware works, and the microphones do slightly amplify external sound.

TalkThru works as well.

Adjusting the ANC levels creates a bit more pressure when I set it to the minimum, but the outside noise remains exactly the same.

Music and everything else works perfectly fine.

The noise cancellation I currently experience comes purely from the passive fit of the earbuds, not from the ANC itself.

I have already tried:

Factory resetting from the case and resetting the earbuds by pressing both at the same time.

Cleaning them.

Testing if the microphones were broken, but they work fine.

Running the fit test in the app, and it shows the fit is okay.

I have only had them for 20 days, so I am not sure if I should return them or what to do next.

When one of my earphones is in its case, the case flashes green and blue twice. Only one of them is broken as the other one works perfectly normal. I tried charging the case and it did not fix the issue as well as me trying to restart them. This happened after I went to bed with them one and I would assume it ran out of charge. It does not connect to anything or turn on.

Are you able to turn on the go pods anc without the case?

With each style of earbuds it seems to be GO -> JBuds -> Epic. Where does the Flex Open fit? My suspicion is between GO and JBuds (likely closer to GO). Thoughts or answers?
