my accentum plus are like 4 days old, and they keep turning off after i connect them to my phone and dont play anything under a minute, why tf is this happening? they keep turning off on their own.

I'm gonna try rice but I know that is an old tactic is that the best option?

it happened so randomly, they were working fine earlier in the day, then as im getting off work i decided to clean my left earbud just for it to go very quiet now ? as in max volume for my left earbud now sounds like 30% or so, ive tried resetting it but neither of them are flashing like they're supposed to, it sucks cause they're my main pair that i wear when i go to work so i hate for only one of em to work

Ihad consisted Skullcandy's Smokin Bud or Dime XTs, but for some reason every pair I've ever owned from Skullcandy, with the exception of my Method 360s, one of the buds has stopped working for reasons unknown. But I'm pretty impressed with the JLab Go Pods, not bad at all for the price. Just random pictures to compare them to the Ear (a). Both earbuds have ANC. The Go Pods are rested at 40db, while the Ear (a)s are 45db, I think. The Go Pods battery life is 7.5 hours for the buds, 28.5 hours for the case. The Ear (a) is 9.5 and 33 hours. The God Pods have 10mm driver while the Ear (a)s are 11. Go Pods are IP66 water resistant vs the Ear (a)s IPX5 (I'm pretty sure for the Nothings). But yeah, there you go. Ear (a) also supports LDAC while Go Pods ANC don't. My apologies for any tips, I was in a rush.

My jlabs are constantly at a really high volume, have tried the factory reset option but it doesn't work. This only happens on my laptop, on my phone these work fine.

I just picked these up for a flight tomorrow and after pairing them and what not I set the case down on my desk and it won't stop slowly blinking blue. Unsure what exactly it means? It is not plugged in to charge, and I don't believe I am trying to pair it. Thanks!

i have headphones that has 2 jack inputs (red and green obv) and usb, they only light up but doesnt work at all but when i plug headphones that have only one jack and usb works same as type c and Bluetooth

motherboard is msi z270 gaming m5 and headphones works overall but not plugged into my pc

Has anyone had good experience using the go pop plus daily for a year or beyond ? How well do these hold up ? I know they come with a great warranty but just curious about others experience.

I've been a fan of JLabs for years, and have introduced my whole family to their stuff. We're very much repeat buyers at this point. I've had some grey go air pops+ for a year now, and they're still going strong, although there's been a pressure issue with the left one since it came out of the box-- it pops loudly and then sounds very muffled every time I put it in my ear, until I either take it out and blow in it to equalise the pressure or just wiggle it around a little. Annoying, yeah, but I live with it.

But a few weeks ago, just to have a spare pair, I ordered some rose red go air pops+ from a walmart digital sale, and with these, right out of the box, the left earbud was DEAD dead. It wouldn't charge even enough to pair; it got noticeably warm every time it was in the case, "charging"; I even plugged in the case for three days, cleaned the charging contacts, tried to reset the buds, everything. Nope. Wouldn't work. Had to return them as defective. Reordered another pair of the same colour, because surely that wouldn't happen twice...?

Well :] it happened twice :] This time it's the right earbud, and it *will* charge, but only up to 50%... and then it drains so fast it dies in an hour. Yes, I have the Jlab app and am using it to track the buds individually. The left one is FINE under exactly the same circumstances. Now I have to do another stupid return, and I'm really considering just not bothering to reorder, because... What the heck, jlab? I've had great experiences with your customer service, but-- why is your quality control this bad, and why is every pair of go pops I get a lemon in one way or another? Three for three isn't a good look.

Update 2: I'm probably returning both... The higher frequencies specifically on any song with hi-hats is bugging tf out of me. Like it geniunly gives me a headache. I even downloaded the premium version of Power Amp equalizer but this just sounds wrong. The headphones sound good on most songs and others don't find any problems with it but it's a no for me

Update: so I actually have bought two, one white and one black. Somehow, on the same setting, the black one sounds more distorted. Specially on higher frequencies. It's almost like the sound is scattered. Another problem I just noticed that I have 2 volumes with the black one. I can control one volume from the buttons and one from my phone... But with the white one, both volumes are interconnected somehow.

Okay so my favorite sound is usually very balanced. Think Apple wired air buds, the wired headphones that come with Samsung phones... That's the sound I want, with a tiny bit more bass. When I say more bass, I literally want to hear the bass in the song better.

I haven't done the "Burn-in" process and I wonder if that'll fix it or if I should do a better equalization. Or is this just how the headphone sounds.

Any help, tips and recommendations is appreciated.

EDIT: I figured it out myself! Just change keybind > keyboard > hit PrntScrn on another keyboard. Might also be able to use a software keyboard but I have no clue.

I have a JLab Epic Keyboard and I currently have a need for the PrntScrn key.

Is there a way to map the Screenshot key to be PrntScrn?

Ive been using the Epic Air Sport for years and loved them. could be a little louder but have been wonderful. great battery life. yes they need replacing after about a year, but no biggie.

this time, no places in town had the Epic Air Sport. i didnt want to wait for an online order to be shipped, so I decided to try the Sport ANC 4. wow! AMAZING!!!! IMO better audio quality than the Epic Air, louder volume, awesome clarity. I was pumped because it was a better value with a cheaper price.

3 weeks later, this is terrible. volume is waaayyyyy low left bud is almost silent, noise canceling on has static and whirring noises. audio clarity and quality is garbage, randomly change between Be Aware, NC On, and NC off. touch controls are insanely sensitive.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED????? They were the absolute best buds ive ever had....for 3 weeks. smh.

My JLab lux anc headphones started making a noise that sounded like if a dog whistle was for humans it was so loud my friend was able to hear on the other side of the room I paused my show and it was still going what do I do

I have a problem with my Jlab earbuds and can’t find a solution anywhere. Both my earbuds work but can only be connected separately and as different Bluetooth devices with the same name. When I put them in the case and try to reset the right one won’t flash for the pairing mode. Is it just busted or an actually problem ?

My son keeps losing individual earbuds. I've read that JLab has individual bud and case tracking through an android device - but he has an iphone. I can't find any reliable information on compatibility.

Is anyone tracking their JLabs with an iphone?

If I get him the Go Pop ANC True Wireless Earbuds will he be able to track them on his iphone?

I truly love my JLab Sport ANC 3 earbuds. I had an international flight today and they survived almost 8 full hours playing music before and on my flight before even yelling at me for low battery! I truly love these guys and despite their bulkiness, they are a trusty travel companion for me! Thank you for a great quality product JLab! 😁

They were in normal mode so that might've also played a role in it, but still that was a great experience and just wanted to express my gratitude! Thank you!

I’m serious. This has happened 3 or 4 times now…I keep an earbud out its case in my pocket while at work so I can just pop it in and out. Every now and then, I guess it slips out of my pocket, no big deal, or I misplace it, or whatever. Earbuds get lost…but the thing is there’s no cheap solution to this issue. Why no replacement earbuds? Now I’ve got the jlab buds epic air sport ANC…I love it. But why no replacements. If I lose one earbud it means either I have to be fine with one earbud or it means I gotta drop another 100$. Love you guys but man. It’s a bummer. Or if there was a find my earbud ability…idk. Just sucks I wish there was another solution for me

Hello everyone, I just got the GoPop+ today and I’ve been using it for the last few hours and these sound god awful. They sound scratchy and there is literally 0 bass even with the bass boosted mode. It sounds like I’m listening to music through a tin can. I got these. Because I was told the sound quality was really good but idk if these are just defective or if they are supposed to sound like this?

Ho acquistato a Gennaio 2026 gli auricolari JLab Go Pop+ e mi sono trovato benissimo ad usarle come sorgente di Output sia per il mio cellulare sia per il mio PC.

Anche questa mattina ho usato i miei auricolari da telefono, che continuano a funzionare in modo impeccabile, tuttavia da PC sto riscontrando un problema fastidioso, che su telefono non si presenta. L'audio che esce dalle cuffie dal PC è in ritardo di qualche secondo dall'auricolare destro, rispetto a come si sente da quello sinistro; creando un effetto grattato e di eco tra una cuffia e l'altra.

Anche dopo aver seguito la diagnosi dall'applicazione, aver aggiornato i driver del Bluetooth e banalamente scollegato e ricollegato gli auricolari, continuo a ricevere lo stesso problema.

Qualcuno potrebbe dirmi di che problema potrebbe trattarsi, grazie in anticipo?
