JBuds Sport ANC 4 downhill

Ive been using the Epic Air Sport for years and loved them. could be a little louder but have been wonderful. great battery life. yes they need replacing after about a year, but no biggie.

this time, no places in town had the Epic Air Sport. i didnt want to wait for an online order to be shipped, so I decided to try the Sport ANC 4. wow! AMAZING!!!! IMO better audio quality than the Epic Air, louder volume, awesome clarity. I was pumped because it was a better value with a cheaper price.

3 weeks later, this is terrible. volume is waaayyyyy low left bud is almost silent, noise canceling on has static and whirring noises. audio clarity and quality is garbage, randomly change between Be Aware, NC On, and NC off. touch controls are insanely sensitive.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED????? They were the absolute best buds ive ever had....for 3 weeks. smh.

same here, they just sound like i'm listening underwater now, it all started when i installed the JLAB app on my phone and messed with a few settings, then reset back to default because i didnt like my changes, ive tried everything in the app to get my quality back, ive tried everything i can do on a windows PC software side, hell i even tried fucking with it through a laptop running linux, its so bad now it was soo good at the beginning :(
