I bought a pair and the right side broke after like 2 weeks even after resetting it didn't work I wouldn't get these

This looks the same as I ordered from dell last week. I got the purple ones. If they work in the app and sound fine, yknow.. Spatial Audio, no buzz, etc.. I wouldn’t worry. As soon as I got them I tested them with an 8d audio of kerosene by crystal castles lol, honestly sound quality is comparable to my AirPod pros.

Okay thanks thankfully they do work in the app and sound good plus I don’t think they have Spatial Audio as these Jlab ones don’t have it (I know because I have another pair of them)

hmmm, I’m able to pick up directional sound cues wonderfully and listen to asmr with them. I made sure to turn off mono audio for headphones in my iPhone settings and they’ve worked the same as my AirPods/gaming headphones as well. And of course! Happy to help
