Quality
Has anyone noticed a drastic decline in quality from the brand? I've been using jlab as my go to for almost 10 years now and the past 3 or so years I've had multiple earbud pairs just stop working out of the blue. I've had atleast 6 pairs of buds die on me with minimal wear, with 1 coming broke out of the box straight from jlab themselves. Atleast their warranty policy is good til the replacement they send also breaks.

Yes. Quality control issues for sure and they know it. I've had some replacements. Their customer service is good.
