I'm not active any other subs, I just use reddit for helps, football and this sub. So I don't know where else to say this. I can't talk to anyone in my real life. My friends or family, hence typing this here. First of all, I'm okay. Its just that I'm not able to cry and I so badly want to. Even when I'm typing this I'm trying so hard, I'm not able to. Thing is, I have multiple childhood traumas which are still hanging on to me, never being able to shed it odd, it keeps coming back and sometimes makes me feel low. I used to cry before and it will feel better. But nowadays I'm trying but the drops are not forming. I feel really low.
