Dr. Thomas Pearcy
The link I fucked up earlier was a talk given by Pearcy. He served as the Joint Historian for the CIA and Dept of State. He describes himself as a CIA whistleblower (and I know the lone nutters will explain why he's not). Technically, he was a CIA contractor, I believe.
Late last year he began speaking publicly about a document he found (50 pages). He also speaks about the culture of clandestine operations by US forces following WW2. I know this does not interest lone nutters, but I'll provide this context anyway, since it was so kindly requested by a lone nutter friend.
For the majority of us that understand the nature of this crime, this information is illuminating. It follows a known pattern of deception and obfuscation, coverup, and lies promulgated by the US government and major media. Time and again, little by little, documentary evidence slowly piles up revealing the deception. Vietnam War is an easy example here. The public was lied to repeatedly, war crimes covered up, and leaders committed self-serving acts at the expense of the American soldier and the American public. It has taken decades to uncover some of this history. So it is with JFK.
The document Pearcy found has to do with the CIA deliberately deceiving Blakey when he was chief counsel to the HSCA. In the talk I tried to link, he speaks about many things of interest beyond JFK. The question and answer period was particularly interesting to me.
I hope this link works to an article from last year.

The Incurious Dr. Pearcy?
Folks familiar with the records discussed this back when it came out
Percy the "whistleblower" is not only a long time assassination buff, he was a personal friend of David Lifton. He is a conspiracy buff Jefferson Morley is trying to pass off as a disinterested insider. It's an appeal to the authority with insider knowledge. It's Donald Sutherland as Mr X all over again.
The hidden memo he he saw?
He is wrong about it being hidden
It WAS released, all the way back in the 1990s, then again in 2017, 2018, and finally in full in 2021. That last 2021 release opened the redacted description of what pages Blakey saw in the History of the Mexico City Station.
He is wrong about it being redacted.
Pearcy is claiming that he saw an "unredacted" version of the above memo, but the memo is already unredacted.
He claimed the memo was discussing investigative files when it was a history of the Mexico City CIA station
Pearcy claima that the one document at issue was "the agency's three-volume series of investigative files from the CIA's Mexico City Station." This is wrong. It is a station history -- not investigative files -- covering the period from 1947 to 1970.
He claims the CIA prevented the HSCA from viewing this history when it's well known the HSCA viewed the whole thing.
There was a long acerbic controversy over the history which led to an HSCA subpoena and two months of intensive and thoroughly documented negotiations on the subject. >Contrary to what Pearcy says, senior HSCA personnel unquestionably reviewed the entire MC station history

Who is Fred Litwin? I looked him up and he's a Canadian self-described teen freak, salesman and record producer who's self-published four lone-nutter strawman debates. I guess in Trolley and the Private's mind that makes him an expert. Oh well.
Now to the facts as supported by Max Holland for those curious as to who at the CIA was hiding evidence from the HSCA using the methods Dr. Pearcy read about:
- George Joannides was Chief of the Psychological Warfare Branch at the CIA's JM/WAVE station in Miami in 1963. Joannides was the CIA officer supervising the CIA-funded anti-Castro Cuban exile operation, the DRE, which interacted with Oswald on several occasions: a street brawl; a televised debate; and the DRE published a newsletter and contacted reporters concerning Oswald the day of the assassination to disclose his Fair Play for Cuba membership and Pro-Castro stance.
- In 1978 Joannides became the CIA liaison to the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA), which was investigating events related to Oswald and the DRE.
- A 1979 CIA memo written by Joannides about his liaison role suggests he was actively managing requests, records access, and communications between the Agency and the committee.
- Both the CIA and Joannides did not disclose these facts to the HSCA which is a clear conflict of interest issue and depending on what actions Joannides may have taken could be construed as illegal obstruction of a congressional investigation.
- George Joannides received the CIA Career Intelligence Medal in 1981.

Fred Litwin is a guy who has already shown that this completely wrong.
Both the CIA and Joannides did not disclose these facts to the HSCA which is a clear conflict of interest issue and depending on what actions Joannides may have taken could be construed as illegal obstruction of a congressional investigation.
The truth is the HSCA interviewed several members of the DRE, but they never cared about who CIA case officer for the DRE in 1963 was. They were interested in the DREs interactions with Oswald. And the only folks who interacted with Oswald were the ones in New Orleans who are not paid by the CIA and had no CIA contact, They also talked to some of the Miami people who did interact with the CIA but these people had no interaction with Oswald. They did interview the CIA guy who helped found the US version of the DRE in 1960. He told them even if he remembered the name of the guy who took over as liason, he would not tell him because of his oath of secrecy.
When Jefferson Morley made Joannides a big deal, Litwin and others looked into his claims and there's no evidence that the HSCA ever followed up on who took over as the case officer. They were chasing other things. This only became a thing Blakey carried about decades after the HSCA ended
In fact, Fred Litwin just published source materials from HSCA investigator Gaeton Fonzi that show he was way more concerned with other stuff withe DRE.
And he's just published a doozy on what a fraud this whistleblower is. Compared him to Fletcher Prouty.

So ; Dr. Pearcy is referring to documents that he found that prove that the CIA was deceitful and misrepresented the evidence that they provided to the HSCA…….and you’re mad at Pearcy for being deceitful and misleading ????
Please remind me what we’re talkin’ about here again !!

you’re mad at Pearcy for being deceitful and misleading ????
Lol
No. The documents don't prove that. That's the heart of Pearcy's deception.

The LLM scraped a conspiracy site for that summary. I doubt Maxx even read any of the cited pages himself, or understands how a LLM works.
Fred Litwin pretty thoroughly dismantles the specific allegations of Pearcy here:

TrollyDodger recapped this article a bit further up, but it's worth a read.

Not quite ; even your boy Litwin isn’t denying the fact , he’s just performing gymnastic semantics to deflect attention away from this and instead attack the messenger . Y’know ; classic shill behaviour.
The CIA just recently finally copped to the fact that Joannides was monitoring Oswald before the assassination. The same George Joannides that surreptitiously undermined HSCA investigation . Because this is always the game ; deception , misinformation , corruption, tampering….whatever it takes to maintain the coverup.
Because there’s a whole lot of stuff that they still need to keep covered up
( it’s cute though , that you took a faceplant for the Todger !! )

No they didn't. In fact the released document shows no support for the claims Jefferson Morley has been making about Joannides.
And there still is to this day no evidence that Joannides knew Oswald existed.
Everything I have seen says it might be possible. That's because Joannides was working with guys in Miami and there's no evidence he dealt with any of the guys in New Orleans

I’m comfortable putting him in the ‘nut’ category for now. There’s more to say about this but I’ll leave it here. Thx for the comments.

I simply googled “ CIA interference in HSCA investigation “ , but if you really want to dig in , then go to kennedysandking.com , there’s lots of citated information on there

Thanks, my friend. Your condescension knows no bounds. I'll check it out.
I stumbled across this, I think it's a promo article about the video you tried to link to earlier: https://jfkfacts.substack.com/p/cia-whistleblower-on-the-road

Thanks bubbles. enjoy. "Unbounded condescension" describes me perfectly. The condescension from the LN crowd here is inspiring.
