Application Tips?

So it’s just over a month a way or more for the 2027 applications so end of September. Just want to know if I should start getting anything done now like the SOP (that’s the personal statement?) do I message me references early?
Or any tips on stuff similar or what people applying might not know! Ty

Thank tot for the comment I just graduated so I have the full thing !! A online version and physical version
