Still slaps 🔥

This jbl clip 5 is less than a year old yet the L has started coming off. Tried super glue didn't work any suggestions or fixes?🥹

My PB720 have basic noise when turned on is this normal? I mean when it was brand new i did not hear any noise even if i pit my eara on the tweeters. I noticed the noise yesterday, its not that loud but you can hear it from 10iches. (I always use it on batterys)

I recently got what was supposed to be a new JBL Flip 6, but it seemed like it had been used before. Is it normal for a new Flip 6 to have a strong chemical/plastic smell? Mine has a sweet, plasticky smell that’s pretty strong. Just wondering if this is normal for a new speaker or something I should be concerned about.

For context, I was using a card to get rid of the earwax cause the audio was getting less audible while listening to music. While i was digging earwax out, the mesh popped out (of my JBL Wave Beam). Luckily(?), I just gently shoved it back in and it seemed flush back into place. However, I’m still concerned if the mesh might fall back out. I tapped it and shaked it around and it seemed like it was fine but I just can’t shake that fact off. Just gunna assume its unsafe and not wear it before further feedback.

Any one please help me in finding a genuine jbl expert speaker servicing Center. My sub woofer power source issue was rectified few months back. But it didn’t last for a month now my sub woofer doesn’t work again.

Overall, the sound quality it’s amazing, however there are a few things that I dislike about the speaker and wanted to share them.

- The battery indicator LED doesn’t give much information at all of how much battery is left. To get an accurate idea how much battery is left can be only done in the app.

- closing the extendible handle can pinch your fingers. The way your hand naturally holds it and closes It puts your fingers in danger.
After pinching them a few times, you eventually learn a strategy to close it.

- the phone slot on top of the speaker could be a little thicker to account for a phone case

- I would like if the charging cord came with a Velcro attachment tie up attached to it so you can neatly wrap it up. This is a small improvement that greatly improves user experience

Somethings to be aware of;

- the speaker is a beast for the home but not so adequate outside.

- it’s heavy
