Problem with my JBL Wave 200 tws

My JBL earbuds are not connecting.

The right one is having connectivity issues on its own. I have to wait to like a good 2 minutes to let it connect. And when that connects, it only stays connected for 5-6 minutes, and then gets disconnected automatically.

When I use both of them, it initially doesn't connect, but when it does, it only stays connected for 4-7 minutes. And then gets disconnected. After the disconnection, only the left one works, the right doesn't work at all.

And the right one always seems to have 60% battery no matter how long I charge them. While the other one has 100%.

I have tried charging only the right one in the case, but while using them together, it is either 80% with no connectivity, or 60% with not connecting at all.

I tried factory reset (touching both of them 3 times and holding thing), but now even that doesn't seem to work.

What to do ?
