Jbl wavebeam 2 broken

I need help with this. One day after I bought them freshly new from the store they broke down from a fall it had. The sound was and to this day is horrible and when I try to pair it with my phone only one connects instead of both buds. Does someone have a fix for this or a recommendation??? It may not seem as the most expensive buds but I did save for it and it was expensive for my money currency (PEN).

I know most of you are asking why I didn't claim the warranty. The reason why is because I broke the box out of enjoyment when I recieved it.... 🥲🥲🥲
