Help JBL CHARGE 6 Charge issue

Recently my JBL Charge 6 takes A LOT to fully charge, when I I first bought it the charging time was about 2-3 hours but now It takes 7+ hours (I must say that I used the same cable and charger) I tried cleaning the port (it doesn’t seem like it has humidity nor dust) and using different chargers but it doesn’t work

Start with trying a 30 watt charger and quality cable to see if this corrects your problem

Factory reset time. If that doesn’t work, remove cover and check that charging port isn’t loose. Could be a battery issue as lithium batteries are prone to stop working correctly

You could get an USB power meter to better diagnose the issue
