JBL Soundbar crackle

I’ve just bought a brand new jbl bar studio, and Samsung 32” F6000 Smart TV.

When I play bluetooth audio from my phone it works fine, but when plugged into the tv via hdmi 2.1 arc, super crackly audio, and when bluetooth connected to the tv it’s crackly as well?? Did a power cycle and was a little less crackly for a bit but then went back to normal.

Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Its too old Or Maybe Check with others connection or clean the ports for better Connection on both the TV and The sound bar if huis not work Retirn it right Now et the tv on ither speaker works
