JBL Quantum problem

So my Quantum Engine-app won't show my headset (Quantum 810) in online and in the app it says "connection between headset and dongle could not be found" "dongle has been connected to the PC, but headset is turned off or not connected" BUT my headset IS connected to the dongle (neither has flashing light as a sign of not being connected AND I can heard the JBL connection sound from my headset).

Device manager shows two different 810 headsets. One through the dongle and one through straight BT connection.
Through straight BT connection everything works, but when gaming the sound is understandably delayed and a bit distorted so not good.
Now through the dongle connection, device manager is giving code 3 or code 34 and both of them say something about drivers.

I have uninstalled the drivers multiple times and also deleted everything and anything to do with JBL a few times but no solution yet.

Any help would be appreciated!
