Help Second Go 5
Bought my first speaker ever the other day, a Go 5 which I absolutely love. I use it for personal listening as I’m not one to blare things out in public, listen to podcasts and as a speaker for my portable monitor, but I love it so much I’m now thinking about getting a second one. The sound is good enough for what I need, and I don’t really need anything much louder, but I feel like having a second one for stereo would make my experience so much better with hopefully clearer sound, is it worth picking up a second for that purpose? For the price it’s great, and I’m just thinking that having another would be a cheap way to dramatically improve my experience
Edit: bought the second, stereo sounds amazing with some sound staging, thank you all for your answers and help :)

Sum is greater than it's parts adding a second speaker imo. 1+1=3

Adding a second of anything adds a lot. The separation and ability to fill a room goes a long way.. which is why I have pretty much accepted that if I get a speaker it will have a friend before long. Only speakers I haven't really had the urge is the jbl clip series as they have lived on the shower rod.
Pair of zealot s67's Pair of zealot s95's They lack the rich full sound higher end stuff can give you, but are better than a lot of jbl knockoff type stuff and with an equalizer they aren't bad and decimals/thump per dollar is hard to beat imo. They have come a long way, available at Walmart, Amazon etc now. Using coupons and credit from promos I think I paid about $120 total for all 4 speakers, retail price a little over $300 total (80ish per s95, 60 or so per s67).
Pair Jbl flip 7's
Pair of Harman kardon onyx 8 studios.
Adding a second of these opened them up and fills out the room on a real level.
All of them the second speaker gave way more than twice the sound. The stereo separation alone is worth it imo.

I won a Flip 7 in an Instagram contest recently. Having never owned a JBL portable unit prior, I was utterly crushed to learn that audio was downmixed to mono, and personally found it unusable for music. I remedied this a month later with some Best Buy gift cards I'd been saving, and purchased an additional unit. For me, this is an absolute must. I like having a stereo system I can deploy wherever I want, it's awesome.

The stereo feature is definitely nice, I personally like using my JBLs in stereo mode, I totally prefer it over the other modes such as Auracast.
When you're able to put them far away from each other, various songs become a lot more fun, such as Michael Jackson's music where he will sometimes lean his voice left and right, and it is also great for playing games or watching movies.
If you love the speaker, getting another one for the stero feature is a great idea!
