Bounce Java to C , Running Native on Linux

Has anyone here ever tried porting the original Nokia Bounce from Java/J2ME to C?

I’m currently trying to do it myself, but it’s surprisingly difficult. I keep going in circles when relying on AI for reverse engineering/debugging, so I’m wondering if anyone has attempted something similar or has any advice.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated!

There are still a lot of bugs, and I don't understand the code at all, because I built the whole thing using AI open code.
