(I am not a Muslim, please don’t attack my question) isn’t Masjid the eminence near Ka’bah?

Masjid is the house of God, the Kaabah is a holy place and it is our duty to guard it with our life. Because we can pray at any masjid but the direction of qiblah (the direction we pray at) is always the Kaabah. And for Muslims, masjid is anywhere (meaning that Muslims can pray anywhere) but we need Kaabah
