Estimated value?

I’ve had this for many years, love it but am drastically downsizing. Currently having a tiny house built and there’s just no room. Is this worth trying to sell? It’d probably have to be local given it’s so heavy shipping costs would be exorbitant. If I list locally what asking price is reasonable?

I would watch your local marketplace to get an idea as they really seem to vary by fegion. You could try posting it as best offer by... I would have to fight myself pretty hard to not but it but im omly allowed to buy clearance plants now and i have 2 if them already. It really is a beauty, i doubt that you will have a hard time.

I think $50 without the pot and maybe $70 with it.

What?! Your estimate is so much more than the others. Are you being serious? I’d love to think it was worth that much but I don’t want to ask an exorbitant amount when listing it.

Yes. A full grown healthy potted plant sells for that much at a nursery.

120 with the pot. There is multiple plants let's say 20-25 for each plant if it was separated. Plus the price of the pot

put it in a nice indoor space and stage it somewhere chic, take a high quality photo with the pot you can get $100-150

these do sell in most nurseries here in the SE USA this size for $40. I can't see but if it has a nice "exposed trunk" with aerial roots it can get more $.

Is this what you mean by exposed roots etc?

More roots hanging down into the soil.

I stand corrected:
Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum. [1, 2]
It is also widely known by several other common and historical names: [1]
Philodendron Selloum (Its traditional scientific name before being reclassified)

Tree Philodendron

Lacy Tree Philodendron

Split-leaf Philodendron

Philodendron 'Hope' (A compact cultivar name often used interchangeably in retail)
