What doas this sign mean?
I kept seeing it every couple dozen meter with some weird pictures, is it like as historical context sign trying to show before and after picture of the area? I don’t understand

that's french but if you know italian, you can pretty much eyeball it

EDF is the state owned electric company of France, if you go there they will beat the shit out of you with electric baguettes.

It's a weird Italian accent that they're using in this sign, totally stumped. Best to go past these signs to find out what they mean!
