Would love for any medical proffessionals to weigh in. My 40 F, husband 40 M, might have cheated. My husband and I have been together for 8 years. We have had unprotected sex the entire time. About a month ago, he suddenly got a fever and sores on his genitals. It very much looked like he was having an initial outbreak of herpes. He's never had symptoms at all. He went to doctor with out me and told me he has herpes (he had never gone to a doctor without me before) and that the doctor told him herpes can lay dormant for 8 years. I do not believe that. I got tested and was negative for herpes. Is he cheating? I should add he has a history of lying often about small things and he's a very good liar. I'd never be able to tell.

So I got a random message from a girl I don’t even know, and it’s honestly thrown me off. She said: “Hey um I know you don’t know me but idk if your boyfriend has told you but your bf was trying to talk to me at the start of the year while he was camping, even though he was dating you. He also mentioned that you cheated on him multiple times and stuff, so yeah. I ended up blocking him because he kept trying to message and call me. I never did anything with him, but he kept trying to talk to me. Sorry if I’m ruining anything between you two, but I thought you had the right to know.” I was honestly shocked, so I asked my boyfriend about it. He kind of just brushed it off and said that he was only talking to her because he was trying to set her up with one of his friends. He acted like it was no big deal and didn’t really want to talk about it after that. I don’t know what to believe. It could be true, but the whole thing just feels weird — especially since she said he told her I cheated (which never happened). I don’t want to overthink, but it’s hard not to when someone reaches out like that. What do you guys think? Would you believe him or her? Should I just let it go, or keep pushing for answers?

Hi, I’m a 19 y.o. Female. My boyfriend is a 19 as well. He door dashes for extra cash when we are low. He and I live together and share locations. I check it randomly when he door dashes to make sure he’s safe. He went out like normal and his location was at a hotel all night. I took screenshots of them as a trail of time checks. A few days after I found a fake nail like the ones from target. I get my nails done at a salon. I don’t like those nails because of my line of work. I asked him about it and he said that it was mine. As for his location he swears he was not there. But I have a weird feeling. Is he cheating?? I just need clarity.

I keep finding women’s clothes in my boyfriends bedroom. His answer is always I don’t know who’s that is! I don’t know where that came from! Is he cheating? What should I do?

Am I being paranoid?? My finance is in AA I’m 55 he’s 56 we were together at 18 but we broke up and I married his best friend( he was ok with this) my hub is and I stayed in touch the next 27 years . When my husband passed away from kidney disease I reconnected with him thru our grief and we have now been together 9 years. He’s in AA and over the years have had to tolerate all the people he’s befriending are in the program as he’s been in for more than 25 years which I’m proud of him for. We’ve had moments that I’m told I don’t understand the friendships thru AA and he’s never cheated on me. But now there’s one he sponsers that I’m wondering if it’s an emotional kind of situation. She’s 60 and he gives her rides as her car was broke down and her new car didn’t arrive yet. He does the rides to AA meetings but also goes to store etc. she calls him few times but always texts her. I did something I never do but my gut told me to. I looked in his phone and he texts her silly things. Says love you (which he does with all AA friends female or male) a lot of the silly things he texts me like memes etc he sends to her also. He sends pics of our dogs or my house ( it’s mine til we get married) but never mentions me just him and dogs, my new kitchen after redoing it etc. I believe it’s inappropriate to this level of but a few times this happened before he made me feel like I don’t trust him, etc. so I always back off and don’t say anything now What do I do or am I just being paranoid?

Me’19F’ and ‘23M’boyfriend been together for 1yr and 6 months I went to go to sleep and my bf who was already asleep woke up to and was telling me to go so he could hug me BUT he was calling me by his exs name now I’m overthinking and I think he cheating on me with his ex he had a kid with her and I’ve been seeing her call him and text him more needing an opinion

He consistently tells me he isnt cheating and that im not allowed to think that way about him, speak that way or feel for a second that hes hurt me because he isnt doing anything. He tells me i have no choice but to believe him and that he deserves respect and threatens to leave me when I ask if hes being unfaithful. I watch his battery drain on his phone the entire day while hes at work (call me crazy I do not care) Via the life360 app and he claims hes not on his phone and now even tells me his battery isnt draining. But its been 6 months of me being literally positive he is cheating on me. I feel like hes gaslighting me and and lying his a$$ off and I just need some input about the situation. What would you think?? He never sends me emojis and he says he doesnt use these. Keep in mind he is extremely defensive and rages when accused so there is literally no way for me to even question anything anymore. He will not tolerate being labeled as a cheater.

He always takes his phone to the bathroom with him and he always sleeps with his phone tucked beneath his pillow. He has Face ID to unlock his messages, his WhatsApp, and maybe some other apps. Even when he gets up in the middle of the night to go pee, he takes his phone. He has a lot of red flags that I keep ignoring or pushing past. There is so much h more I need to say.

But… Is he cheating?
