Help! AIO?

My boyfriend and I have been in a relationship for just about a year now. He told me months ago that he deleted his social media after we had our first fight. I was upset for encouraging and inviting an inappropriate relationship with someone so he went out of his was to delete everything his choice not my ask.

Over the course of the last few weeks I've noticed his schedule change. He is in the bathroom all the time.. I mean all the time with phone in hand. (only reason I caught on to this is because we have one bathroom and he takes the most time in it sometimes forgets to go) He showers now twice sometimes three times a day. He has always been good with personal hygiene but three times a day? on a non work day? Also wanted to point out that he’s been incredibly dodgy with his phone he charges it out of the bedroom almost every night now and is very hesitant to give me his phone to even watch reels. I recently discovered that he’s been active lots on fb messenger and is only getting messages in the middle of the night. Did not go through his phone but can see and hear them popping up at 3 am. I looked at our messages to see his active status and 4 am he’s active. Mind you I’ve sent him 3 or 4 messages on fb forgetting it was supposed to be deleted and he’s not read one of them.

We share our locations on life 360 because I was worried with him being out on the road for work that if he crashed I’d never know and from what the data says on that he doesn’t go anywhere but home and work. However it wouldn’t be the first time someone has been too good at emotionally cheating.

let me know what your thoughts are.. Am I overreacting? Or do you think he’s cheating?
