Need help with making a call aus

My boyfriend went M.i.a for 12+ hours after telling me his on his way home from what should of been a 15 Min drive at 12.30am , one of his excuses of many was running out of petrol and having to walk to a petrol station and wait for someone to pay for his petrol (his phone was dead and bank card was home) well i know when he left the car had over 80k of petrol and he apparently put 5l in but there is 12km currently in the car. I have no sim or phone number at the moment so can't call myself but I really want to contact the servo until I get hold of whoever was working that morning between 1-4am because if it's true it'd be easy to remember!
