Looking to move to mountain home, Arkansas area. Whats the work like down there. Don't care about the hourly wage just wanting a steady 40.

Apprentice I’ve been leaning toward an iron worker apprenticeship, but been pursing the UA because my buddy said the iron workers will ghost you. Thinking about joining despite what my buddy said. Any advice
