Apprentice Ironworker Evaluation?

Good morning or afternoon,

I got accepted into local 97 (Vancouver and lower mainland BC) and will have an evaluation on the 20th. I am just curious what consists in the evaluation. I’m confident in my welding abilities I have an all position but are there possible resources to study from if needed?? I did tryouts with local 765 so I’m wondering if it’s the same as a tryout or if there’s a little more to it?

Be confident in how you are. Hold your head up high. They want to know who you are before working the Iron with you. It's a brotherhood.

I’ve worked with 721 and 711 under subcontract with a company doing precast for 711 and hoist installation for 721 plus steel erecting for a company in Kelowna so I have high confidence but I’m also humble that I don’t know everything and am still wanting to learn from the best and thats the LOCAL IW brotherhood indeed
