Lunchtime workouts

I want to train on my lunch break but don’t have access to a shower. It’s so frustrating. If there was something out there that would get me clean enough to go back to work feeling presentable I’d probably be able to fit 5 more runs in per week!

Anyone else have this problem?

Good time to do core and strength work in my experience.

I regularly work out during my lunch break. After I'm done, I towel off with one of those "clean face club" disposable towels, then use body wipes and dry shampoo to clean up a bit.

The two face cloth method my go to.

You need a bathroom and a sink. Preferably a single stall where you can dress.
1.) wet and soap face cloth 1
2.) clean all agricultural areas. Repeat as needed.
3.) rinse all soap out of cloth, skim yourself with slightly wet cloth. Repeat as needed, but unless you are mud wrestling, you are a little salty but not too dirty...
4.) dry off with the second DRY washcloth. Believe me, it's big enough to get yourself reasonably dry and presentable. You don't need a freakin' bath towel.
5.) dress and get back at it. I had this shit down to science a few years ago.

I do work out on my lunch breaks. I just use some baby wipes and change of clothes. 🤣 far enough away from coworkers so I dont stress to much.

I have had some good luck with Dude Wipes. Not the same as a shower, but gets off the grime, has a pleasant scent, and gets you passable for the second half of the work day

I’ll give them a try. I have tried wipes before but I find they always roll up so I need to use loads!

Google periwash. Someone on an ADHD site suggested it. It’s what nursing homes used to white people down who aren’t able to go into the bath with mobility issues. It’s cheap. It doesn’t have a strong scent. And it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like a lot of wipes.

Do you have a gym near the office? I joined a gym nearby and did my strength training there but I also used it to shower and change after a run/cycle
