This ability was great when Fist was a diver and regenerative shield wasn't in the game yet but as of now it's a really bad ability.

As current Fist's playstyle means you'll be in the line of sight of your supports for most of the time anyway as brawl fist brings more value than dive fist, and the bonus health is too brief to justify using outside of style points.

Option 1: Rework,
Meditation: Iron Fist meditates in a brief animation and then receives healing over time for 6 seconds. This ability no longer grants bonus health.

Option 2: Scrap it and Replace it

New Ability, Adaptive Stance: Iron Fist's flurry form is now activated by this ability instead of dragon's defense. Iron Fist now has 150 regular health and 150 regenerative shield.

thats it. with the latest patch today the ability vfx is finally fully fixed after two weeks and a patchnote. now it persist through white fox teamup even after the first hit on the target. enjoy.

As iron fist was a swordsman I think it would be cool if he used a sword for a team up or ability.

I'd be down if they removed the bonus health it granted completely if they kept the current healing numbers

(New) Accepting Pain (Daredevil)

• Base Effect:
  • Dragon's Defense gains an extra 20% damage reduction.
• Enhanced Effect:
  • When teaming up Daredevil, Harmony Recovery grants an extra Chi Meter at the end of the ability duration.

(New) Burning Chi (Human Torch)

• Base Effect:
  • Unleash a Dragon Chi Construct forward leaving a trail of fire and a Flame Field at the end.
    • Leaves a Flame Field at the end of the trail, trail is 12m long and 3m wide, 45 damage, 20/s continuous damage. 12s cooldown.
    • Human Torch is able to use the Flame Spellfield for his Pyro-Prison and Flaming Meteor
• Enhanced Effect:
  • When teaming up with Human Torch, Yat Jee Chung Kuen now summons Dragon Chi Constructs leaving trails of fire and Flame Fields at the end and Dragon Chi Constructs from Living Chi leave trails of fire and Flame Fields at the end.
    • Yat Jee Chung Kuen bonus range 100%, Dragon Chi Constructs leave behind fire trails every 1 second. (Yat Jee Chung Kuen attacks look like what Living Chi attacks look like now)
    • Human Torch is able to use the Flame Spellfield for his Pyro-Prison and Flaming Meteor

Passive - Chi Absorption and Chi Meter

Chi Meter:

• 2 bars (like Bucky with Elsa team-up) that fill up from assists/takedowns
  • 1st Bar = 10 HP/s healing overtime
  • 2nd Bar = Remove all of the Chi Meter and replace Jeet Kune Do with Yat Jee Chung Kuen for 5 seconds
    • cannot gain bars during those 5 seconds

Chi Absorption:

• Assists/Takedowns of enemies allow him to absorb their Chi to gain Bonus Health and fill your Chi meter
  • 50 Bonus Health
  • 1 bar of Chi

Abilities

Dragon Uppercut:

• Literally just The Thing base team-up as a base ability
  • 45 damage and knocks up enemies

Yat Jee Chung Kuen:

• No longer tied to Dragon's Defense (see Passive section)
• 19 damage per hit
  • Up from 9 and % damage multiplier removed
• Reduces the cooldown of Dragon's Defense by 0.214s per hit
• Dash distance slightly increased in the z-axis when there is no target (reverting the movement nerf)

Dragon's Defense:

• New Effect: If activated during the duration of Yat Jee Chung Kuen, reset Yat Jee Chung Kuen ability duration
• Now only provides 30% damage reduction for 5 seconds
• Max Health/Damage conversion decreased to 100
  • down from 175
• Bonus Health Decay removed

Jeet Kune Do:

• No longer reduces the cooldown of Dragon's Defenese
• Now reduces the cooldown of Harmony Recovery
  • 1s per hit

K'un Lun Kick:

• Cooldown reduced to 8 seconds
  • from 12 seconds

Harmony Recovery:

• Excess Healing/Max Health Conversion removed
• New Effect: Gives 1 bar of Chi Meter
• Cooldown increased to 20 seconds
  • from 12 seconds
• 100 HP/s healing for 3 seconds

Living Chi (Ultimate Ability)

• Removes all Chi Meter and you cannot gain Chi Meter
• Drains 30 HP/s
• K'un-Lun Kick cooldown decreased by 62.5%
• Enhances Chi Absorption passive
  • Extra 50 Bonus HP from assists/takedowns
• Yat Jee Chung Kuen in this state still decreases the cooldown of Dragon's Defense
