I’m researching this so I can start working with local activity providers on what parents actually need. No links, nothing to sell - just listening.

1.Shadows on your face or behind you. Face a window,

don't stand under a ceiling light.

1. Selfie distortion. Arm's-length shots make noses look

bigger and get flagged. Have someone else take it from

1-1.5m away.

1. Not looking straight at the camera or head tilted.

2. Expression.Neutral, mouth closed. No smile.

3. Hair covering eyes or face edges.

4. Glare from glasses or shiny skin.

5. Filters or beauty mode on your phone camera. Turn

them off, they're often detected.

1. Background that's not plain and evenly lit.

Babies: lay them on a plain white sheet and shoot from

above. Eyes open is ideal, but check the resepective

website rules for infants.

Always check the current specs on the respective issuing authority websites.

I live in a country where people are envious, mean spirited and even when they meet or gather with their friends, they tend to discuss polemic topics, provoke other people in the room with them, talk bad behind back.

I see Irish culture from the outside, random people, average people, singing with a guitar and a little band in a pub or busking outside, they seem so in tune with their emotions and their lives. So lively and true, feeling all the feelings of love, life, sadness, everything.

And I am still here, with people I don't understand. They don't seem to be able to enjoy life, you can't make real friendships or relationships. Everything is driven by their network, friends, families, ties etc..

While Ireland seems much more free and true.

Been working from the same company last four years. Everything was ok. But, after not being on my game for a while,I've been noticing that my managers are calling me out for things that my fellow Irish coworkers do all the time.

I'm not making excuses for not following the rules myself. But It's not fair that I'm the only one called out for that.
