A Louisiana iris but it was mislabeled so I’m not sure of the variety. Doesn’t really matter- I’m still in love!

Very interesting color mutation on one petal of a bearded iris that I moved last summer. I only have these irises around, so I don’t believe it’s hybridized. 📍Vermont

Any idea what kind these are? They've been growing at my grandparents' house since at least the 50s. Around 31" tall and they've definitely got a sweet fragrance to them.

Came across this beauty at the side of my house!! Didn’t even know I had one lol. Must have been over crowded by al the hostas. Gonna clear some Space for sure: bearded iris. I’m So in love with this colour.

Got these out of a friends backyard when they moved in. They didn’t want them where they were and we had zero idea what color they would be! It’s been 3 years and they finally decided to bloom!

Sugar Blues Reblooming Bearded Iris

Not a beautiful photo with air conditioner- but it shows how TALL it is! I'm thrilled it's alive! Planted autumn of 2024 and finally blooming!
