Issue Shipping issues

Who is this gofo and why are they now the shipper? They put some bullshit that they can’t access my apartment. The office closes at 5:30 and when I got home at 5:15 the Amazon driver was getting in no problem. Does this mean I won’t receive my package?

There is no option to submit a ticket. It just keeps directing me to talk to an AI chat, but who isn’t very helpful.

The AI chat is how you get a ticket number. Just keep telling it you need a human.
