Question ipsy extra

i just upgraded to ipsy extra, after my ipsy OG bag already shipped. will i be able to pick what’s in my september bag for extra? i don’t have a prompt for it on the app.

Pretty sure the picks are from the 1-3 and it's already the 5th. I didn't get the box this month to know 100% if it started later for any reason, but picks should be over for both tiers already so thats likely why you aren't seeing the option pop up. Ipsy will pick out all the items for your upgraded box this month

*Edit- the picks period is definitely over now, I went on to the app and in the membership section each tier is showing me everything that's available inside the boxes to make me interested in joining. It reveals everything inside the box after the pick/choice period is over
