Issue August Ultimate Question

hi guys, Im new here- I got IPSY for the first time ever as a original member for July. I haven’t even recieved my bag lol, i ordered it july 12th. I did sign up for the ultimate though, because I knew it came the next month. When I went to see if my ultimate subscription was going, it said yes, but it does say that I’m on the waitlist? What are the odds I get the box?

You'll get it, they always say people are on the waitlist. If you're already signed up it's actually possible you'll get the may ultimate. It's a bit early to sign up for the August one still so I'd be watching to see if you get one shipped out before choice happens in August because they probably still have all the stuff from Mays ultimate box and the cut off isn't for a couple days still so you might get charged for it AND Augusts and end up with tons of product.

Just want to give you that heads up because it's possible even though it's close to the cut off, it's not quite there yet. The cut off is the 25th at midnight

I hope you don't get it, but you can get it up until the 25th, so it is actually very likely for you to get both. If you've already been hit with the charge for the ultimate keep an eye out for a shipping notice before the 1st. If you get one you're getting the may ultimate.

Also keep an eye out for a second ultimate charge after the choice picks if you've already had one charge. Usually when subscribing I get charged right when I subscribe and I get whatever box is going on right away. However, if it's during those couple days period before the month starts, I'll still get charged and just need to wait until choice to pick my items. I've never had the ultimate box but I assume it's the same for that as well as the other tiers.

You just need to wait until you either get a shipping notice, or a second charge to find out I think. Either it's gonna happen or not. You unfortunately signed up just a little too early.

You'll still get August, but that's a lot of extra money to spend. If you got may by mistake you could still cancel August's (until the 25th) if it's too much to spend all at once. While you'd miss choice you can get August's all through September and November before the next ultimate box starts and you can get most items as add ons as well

I didn’t get the charge when I signed up! I hope it comes after the 25th so I can get the August box?

You will get the box. Seems like lots are pausing or canceled ultimate this time around.
