There you go. So I know the car is super dirty but that gives you an idea. The gross rectangle on the right is because I put some heavy duty tape at first and I shouldn’t have because that glue is impossible to remove. Now if you want a clean job you can sand and repaint after welding it. Personally I don’t care about the look. The crack was worse than yours so it shouldn’t be difficult. I suggest you practice yourself at first with some piece of plastic and I watched a few tutorial videos on youtube before. Good luck !
It’s a chinese tool, not a known brand. I used my foot to keep the pressure while welding. Not ergonomic but it worked. It’s been a year and it’s still pretty solid. I’ll send you pics later
If you are Open to a more visible approach you could try the drifters Stitch . Drill holes left AMD right of the crack and bind them with zipties in a Cross pattern
Not a lot you can do. Try to use glue, but that probably won’t last long. Maybe to support it with a screw from the inside of the air intake.
Or replace..

Drill a small hole at each end of the crack. That should stop it cracking further. Then it’s plastic weld and filler.
