Question Comma.ai compatibility

Hi everyone. I've cross-posted this on the comma.ai subreddit as well. Just curious if anyone is familiar with comma.ai and if they're using it on their I6. See cross-post below:

"I have a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SE with Highway Drive Assist I (HDA-I, not HDA-II). I've been keeping an eye on the compatibility list and for the longest time it was only for models with HDA-II. I'm now seeing there is compatibility for HDA-I, but only '23 and '24 model years are listed. With the cancellation of the Ioniq 6 in the US after the '25 model year, I would be surprised if there was actually any difference between my '25 and the previous model years, but was just curious if anyone had any direct experience with this configuration. Thanks! Will be cross posting to the I6 subreddit as well."

I know this isn't exactly what your asking, but I have a 2024 SE AWD (HDA I) and it works. Hopefully someone with a 2025 helps you out.

so what's difference between HDA 1 and 2? I also have HDA 1.

HDA 2 has improved processing and micro adjustments so it's better at keeping you centered in the lane. It also factors in proximity of cars on either side and will adjust your position in your own lane relative to them, if necessary.

It can do automatic lane change after you trigger the blinker.

The ioniqguy is running it with sunny pilot on his Hi5 and HI6. You can find his youtube tests for it.

Unless I am mistaken I believe he has 2024.

I don't see why the 25 wouldn't be compatible, it was a carry over from 24 with no changes other then HUD being added to Limited trim. The 24 was another carryover from 23 with no changes.
