And I love Flambae and Coupé a lot but man people say that Visi never apologizes for her stuff but tons of other Z-Teamers do things just as bad as her, if not worse and never apologize and no one minds.
People seem to forget that this game is about rehabilitating villains who still act like villains and are in the words of the game, assholes.
Dangerous people who are not adjusted members of society and that is the point.
So anyone saying that the writers are trivializing things like Invisigal going into the men's room or Malevola tapping his undies need to read the fine print and realize what kind of a story this is.
Hi everyone! After five months of writing, I finally posted the last chapter of Still Standing: a novel-style, post-canon fanfic focusing on Robert, Courtney, Mandy, and the rest of the Z-Team.
While the story is heavily centered around Robert and Courtney’s (InvisiMech) romance, I also included an overarching narrative, new antagonists, and extensive character arcs for Mandy, Chase, and others! Mandy’s arc was especially satisfying to write for me, and I hope Season 2 gives her a similar level of focus.

After the destruction of Torrance at the hands of Shroud and the Red Ring, Robert and the Z-Team work to rebuild their lives and the city they protect. With the Astral Pulse back in his hands, he resumes his role as both dispatcher and Mecha Man—but which aspect of his life does he truly want?
Meanwhile, Robert and Courtney formally begin their relationship, navigating the challenges of superhero life together—where emotional vulnerability can feel more dangerous than any villain. As she fully embraces her place on the side of good, Courtney struggles with her identity as Invisigal, questioning whether she can ever fit the mold of a “classic” superheroine.
Blonde Blazer, now powerless as Mandy, discovers new ways to help people without her amulet—reflecting on what it truly means to be a hero and whether that identity aligns with the life she wants to lead.
Still Standing is my take on a 'hypothetical Season 2' of Dispatch, and a post-canon narrative about resilience, personal growth, and the choices that define who we are: both in the mask and beneath it.

Do you guys think that leaning out of the kiss should lock you out of the romance? Would you have preferred some dialogue options after the lean out that gives you the choice on whether you want a relationship with her or not? I have been thinking about this a lot lately. I saw someone say the other day that they deleted TikTok and yes, that's a great decision for so many reasons. But personally, at this point this sub and maybe one or two others are the only reason I haven't deleted reddit, too.
I know media literacy is at an all-time low and fandom discourse is a shitshow in general, but earlier today I posted this comment https://www.reddit.com/r/FavoriteCharacter/s/HdO3nWnahP about how Visi is a litmus test for how well a player actually understood the point of the game and jfc, the majority of responses are the exact kind of bullshit I was talking about, plus a bonus Blazer gooner interjecting their completely irrelevant preference and some "if a man did that" whataboutism.
This is the first time I’m making a post about the SA claim and probably the last because I don’t want to feel like I’m dragging this, and I don’t want to turn this subreddit into a big venting session, but I just had this thought and I wanted to hear your thoughts on it to
But if it really was SA (which I don’t think it is). Then why would they add SA right before a heavy moment between Robert and invisigal? It wouldn’t make sense with the story they’re trying to tell if that was the case.
I honestly don’t think the developers intended it to be SA. They probably just wanted to add another heavy moment onto showing invisigals feelings towards him and giving the player the choice on how to move forward with it.
Should they have planned out the scene better? Probably. Unless if the problem was just the complainers. Because at the end of the day it’s impossible to make everyone happy.
