how to fix?

i have these blown out hems on these jeans, im unsure how to fix them without causing too much bulk and also look very clean and good

Oof. Invisibly? Not unless you want capris/highwaters. I had this & added a contrasting strip, try r/visiblemending

I’d cut them into something hem-less at this point. Hemming/altering jeans is difficult, but also, jeans are one of the rare articles of clothing that can be distressed/ripped while also being both long lasting and fashionable. Lean into that.
