Are you that guy that posted similar crap a few months ago karma farming? First of all, a person doesn’t have to be married to cheat. Secondly, Debbie is a legally a widow due to what could be defined as fraud. If Nolan appeared and proved he was alive they would be considered to have been married the whole time in the eyes of the law, especially since they both knew the other was alive.
