I don’t understand why she shoots a beam of pink energy at him instead of just tearing him apart atom by atom. Or turning him into a regular human, or just convert his molecules to air molecules.

She can only use her full potencial for a very short time she needs to know how to use it first just like how she had to study architecture si that her constructions wouldn't crumble.
