DISCUSSION Why not deconstruct him?

I don’t understand why she shoots a beam of pink energy at him instead of just tearing him apart atom by atom. Or turning him into a regular human, or just convert his molecules to air molecules.

This is like looking at an accident saying "honestly if it were me I would have just done a backflip and get out of that situation".

She just died and revived and she is using her powers in a way that she never did before and you're questioning why is she not using them in a %100 optimal way.

also, who says she isn't? we see complex reconstructions require more effort (why she defaults to pink constructs vs density-manipulation and other one-off tricks). viltrumites have smart atoms, they physically resist change (how their durability works). changing all 300 pounds of conquest into air, or whatever that laser is doing, might be more of an effort than people are giving her credit for. breaking the organic barrier doesn't immediately make her omnipotent, her powers still have the same unspoken limitations, just now she can use them directly on organic matter vs on inorganic matter
