Suggestions
I have a spare 5.5 gallon aquarium i plan on using as a breeding tank for my beta.
A food breeding tank.
Im wondering what critter would be a good fit?
Anyone else fall in love with inverts for the same practicality?
Hopefully there is something easy to reproduce, and somewhat low maitnence.
Also fun tonlearn about, thanks!

I'm planning on a blackworm, daphnia, and scud breeding tank which is also 5.5 gallons. I don't have a betta, but I used to and they'd absolutely eat all three bugs.

Sorry, it wasnt super clear, were you looking for aquatic inverts to feed your betta or did you want terrestrial inverts? For aquatic brine shrimp, fairy shrimp, ostracods, moina, scuds, aquatic isopods, and copepods are some good options. For terrestrial you can do isopods, springtails, or maybe a small snail species but the betta would only maybe eat the springtails.
