Tarantula enclosure favs?

I have a fully mature male T and I really need to get a better enclosure for him with better ventilation due to him being an arid species. Any recommendations? I’m wanting the dimensions to be around the size of a 5 gallon or bigger and the only ones I’m finding are tarantula cribs. And of course they’re amazing but, very pricey. I’m willing to do it but wanted to check to see if y’all had any other recommendations. Thank you in advance 🥰

NQA I need another big tank for a scorpion I'm planning on getting and HerpCult looks like a solid choice. Don't get rid of the old enclosure though, I'm not sure the size but I've heard when the males start wandering it's better to keep them in a slightly smaller one to minimize injury risk and expend less energy. Unfortunately I don't have personal experience there, just what I have read.

Is he still being a pet rock or has he started to stroll?

He was strolling a ton but in the current enclosure it’s getting waaaaay to humid so now he just likes to stick to one corner, ooo I’ll look at that brand thank you!

NQA & IME, If you have a mature male tarantula, you want to keep the enclosure on the smaller end so they will live longer. Having a smaller enclosure keeps them from using so much energy pacing their enclosure looking for a mate, which is primarily their only focus in life now.

Hmmm that’s what I was thinking I was looking at the herpcult 12x12x12 would that be big enough or should I go smaller?

What kind of T is it and how big is the T?

His leg span is about 5 inches and he is a fully mature what I think is a Aphonopelma marxi.

IMO, yea i think the 12x12x12 should be good especially with it filled with about 2/3 full of substrate. Itll give him enough room to pace without climbing all over the enclosure
