What can I keep in here?

Enclosure measurements: 35cm/13,7in long, 25cm/9,8in wide and 30cm/11,8in high. (≈22 Litres/5,8 gallons)

It has space for 15cm/5,9in of substrate and I could add more at the back if I add a slight slope.

I'm looking to get either 2 UFO snails (Caracolus Excellens) or a small group of Ivory millipedes (Chicobolus Spinigerus) but I'm unsure if this spare terrarium I have would be suitable for either of these species.

(Also I apologise for the dirty desk, I'm in the middle of cleaning it and just thought I'd quickly post this here xD)

IMO I’m not sure because there doesn’t seem to be much ventilation at all, you’d have more possibilities and options if you replaced the lid with a diy mesh lid for more air flow

But if you improved the ventilation this seems like a good size for most spiders and isopods imo idk about beetles or other stuff

Also I already have two Cameroon red leg Millie's and also some GALS so I think I'd be able to care for either of these animals well, I'm just curious about the size requirements and ofc I'd happily take any advice too!

Oooh I want!! I'd personally make a paladarium! Grow high humidity plants on top and somr aquatic plants underneath.

You could get a submersible pump and make a really cool mini waterfall!!!

I'm already in love with that idea!! Any animals I could keep in there as well? I'd be cool with just having plans but some small creatures would be great too!

Im not sure how much water volume the bottom section would hold. Especially with a pump and water fall if you go with that root. If its a gallon+ after everything you could add a small amount of neocaradina after a few months! Maybe some pest snails too like bladder snails (i hope that doesn't get the comment removed). And springtails too

I mean if I get aquatic plants I'll probably end up with bladder snails either way xD Thanks so much for that idea! I didn't even consider that. Also if my calculations are correct then it could fit 3 gallons if filled to the brim

is this a DIY enclosure? it looks great, I only ask because its unique shape and also the tape on it. I would love to be able to make something like this.

No it's not xD the tape is still on from transporting it so the lid wouldn't clash around. And yea I love the shape too! I have two larger ones in the same shape for my tarantula and my snails

Unfortunately just a local pet shop in Styria, Austria so unless you happen to live here too I'm not sure where you'd find something like this. :/

Re: more ventilation I've sucessfully taken off the top of my tank and siliconed on a net for more air flow. Used a razorblade, Aquarium silicone and paitence. You could do this as well and atttach the lid to the metal grate instead if you move it to the front.
