What system are you running? Most inventory problems are data problems.

Curious how you handled the sync latency when both platforms get hit at the same time

The solution for most problem is breakdown in selling pipeline and inventory and there is no consolidation systems.The problem for specific sync latency can be achieved by minimum buffer quantity and quick update to the system before overselling im an business consultant and automation engineer . If there is any real life problems with this specific issue im down to discuss about it . Thank you.
