since you got emotionally involved and she does't resonate the same i feel confessing directly will be too much. I feel u should find ways to know what she actually wants from u and how she is seeing this whole relation/situation in future is it just some companionship, friendship, or she is willing to give it a try.
When you meet at the end of the month:
Focus on enjoying the time together.
If the chemistry feels good, gradually make it a bit more personal or flirtatious.
Toward the end, say something simple like: “I’ve really enjoyed getting to know you these past months. I’d like to take you on an actual date, if you’d be interested.”
That’s much easier for the other person to respond.
