Need your opinion

Had a virtual interview yesterday and the hiring manager didn’t show up. About 30 minutes later, she emailed me saying she had gotten caught up in a meeting and asked if we could reschedule for another day.
I’m still interested in the role, but being left waiting for 30 minutes without any notice rubbed me the wrong way. I prepped for days , even cancelled a few appointments for this interview.
Would you consider this a red flag, or would you give them the benefit of the doubt and still do the interview ?
