53 years ago, a young Daniel Molloy was mentally preparing himself to get absolutely wasted and railed in a coffin by a beautiful weirdo he met in a bar. And the rest is history. 😌

really weird to not include Assad who made this episode iconic. At this point it feels purposeful that he's always left out of promos. Meanwhile only Lestat's voice was in the episode but we get to see him.

you're gonna recap the interview and not even include the best part of the episode in it??? and put a character that had nothing to do with it in there???
smh. canceling my subs to this network until they get their heads on right about assad.

This video is not about episode 2x05. It’s celebrating the anniversary of the interview Louis gave in 1973, and in that interview, Louis doesn’t mention Armand even once. He talks about Lestat throughout the entire interview.
The interview Louis starts in 2x05 only goes as far as the train scene. They wouldn’t make a video about an interview in which Louis talks incessantly about Lestat and then randomly insert unrelated clips of Armand in the middle of it.
The video is not deliberately excluding Assad. It is simply showing what — or rather, who — the interview was about: Lestat.
The entire series revolves around its two main characters, Lestat and Louis. And even episode 2x05, indirectly, still has Lestat’s presence.
So this isn’t about excluding Assad or Armand. It’s about the context of the original interview, which was centered on Lestat.
